Re-Ride Consignment Tack Shop LLC~ Consignor Contract

Straight consignment with a 65/35 split of the selling price on all tack,
50/50 on riding clothing.
ACCEPTABLE ITEMS: Saddles, bridles, bits, harness, books, pictures,
and any other equine related items in good & clean condition.
Riding clothing including lightly used jackets, shirts, boots, chaps,
etc. Re-Ride shall determine the acceptability of an item and has the
right to refuse or return any item deemed unable to sell, to the consignor.
If items are dropped off, item may be discarded if unsafe or unsellable.
Any item that is left at Re-Ride that needs cleaning/repairs
will be considered a donation.
PROCEDURE:
1. Consignments will be accepted by chance or appointment.
2. Re-Ride will price the item for what it is worth to include a 35% commission on horse items,
50 % on clothing. Re-Ride may list items on the internet for same price as marked in store.
3. Each consignor must sign a contract & will be given an identification number
CONTRACT RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Any item consigned that is removed by consignor before 1 year will be charged the
commission of 35% on tack, 50% on clothing, using the price on tag. (Same as if item was sold)
2. Re-Ride cannot be held responsible for items left on consignment, but does agree to use all
conventional safeguards in the handling and displaying of consigned goods.
Items may be covered under your homeowner’s policy.
3. After 2 years in inventory, items not sold become the property of Re-Ride.
4. This contract is non-transferable and is between one (1) consignor & Re-Ride.
PAYMENT:
1. Books will close on the last day of the month. Consignors may use store credit at any time
and receive 10% off. Payment by check is made on a cash flow basis. (first come, first served)
Checks may be picked up, please call and ask for checks to be mailed.
WE DO NOT CALL WHEN ITEMS SELL!
PRICE REDUCTIONS:
1. Re-Ride reserves the right to lower price of items if given a reasonable offer
and to hold periodic sales.
